Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

If you experience an issue with your digital file—such as a corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible download—please contact us immediately at richvibespublication@gmail.com. We will verify your purchase and provide a replacement file at no additional cost.

We are committed to ensuring that you receive the digital product you purchased. However, refunds will not be issued, as all digital items are considered delivered once download access is provided.

File Delivery Issues

If you did not receive your file or download link, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot locate it, email richvibespublication@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll gladly resend your digital file.
